Ingredients

HEALING HOME THERAPY

 

Reflexology is an all-natural, alternative form of therapy that originated with the ancient Chinese.

The methodology is based on the principle that our head, hands, feet and stomach all have specific 'reflex' points that are internally linked to various parts of our body. Stimulating reflex points is believed to stimulate the energy pathways that help bring healing.
 
Try a simple hand massage utilizing Authentic Oils and the reflex points on the wrists and palms to help reduce emotional stress and aid in sleep and relaxation.
 
Reflex Point 1 – The Wrist
From the base of the palm, measure down the width of two fingers to the point where two large veins branch in the wrist. To massage, place your thumb against the point and press with firm pressure. Massage the point while maintaining pressure. Repeat on the opposite wrist.
 
Reflex Point 2 – The Palm
On the inside of the palm, trace a line down from the connection of the middle and index fingers to just below the thumb. The point lies on the fleshy area just inside and below the thumb. To massage, press the thumb of one hand on the reflex point on the other hand, and slowly bend then straighten the massaging thumb. Maintain gentle pressure and repeat the motion 10 times. Repeat on the opposite hand.
