This famous catechin is a phytonutrient known for its potent antioxidant properties. Take 2 capsules a day with a full glass of water or after a meal to start seeing the benefits of metabolism+ over time. *†

That's honestly up to you! You can take metabolism+ at any point in the day with a full glass of water (or other beverage) following a good meal. It is not recommended that metabolism+ be taken on an empty stomach. 


Some customers choose to take advantage of the comprehensive metabolic support of this supplement in the morning after breakfast, while others fold it into their afternoon nutrition ritual after lunch. 

Because metabolism+ provides 150 mg of caffeine (from green tea leaves) in each serving, many customers choose to avoid taking metabolism+ too late in their day due to its energizing impact. This is especially prudent for folks who don’t metabolize caffeine rapidly.*
