How to Use

Apply liberally to the entire body immediately after bathing or showering. Follow with the appropriate PCA SKIN^®broad spectrum SPF product on all exposed skin in the morning.

May be applied morning and evening for superior moisture retention and smoothing benefits.

Unless otherwise specified, USPS or UPS will be used for shipping all orders, generally using regular ground delivery.

Since UPS cannot deliver to a post office box, a street address is required. If circumstances do not permit delivery to such an address, INT Therapy Center does not ship orders via UPS outside the continental U.S. INT Therapy Center ships to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via International Bridge.

If faster service is required, UPS blue label (two days guaranteed), UPS red label (one day guaranteed) or Federal Express (next-day air) services are available at additional cost. Please call for a shipping quote. The cost of such shipping is based on the weight of the boxed order and the distance it travels.

NOTE: If INT Therapy Center completes a UPS blue or red label order on time, but the shipment is delayed by UPS, NSP cannot refund the special shipping charges to the Member because UPS offers no refund to INT Therapy Center.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly exchange any items damaged in transit or items shipped in error.

All returns require a return authorization. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date. When calling for return authorization, please have ready the invoice number and product number of the item(s) being returned. You will be given a return authorization number to include with the return.

We pay the shipping charges for returns due to our error only. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are offered for all unopened products when accompanied by a receipt and returned within (30) days of your purchase.

Exchanges Unopened products without receipts may be exchanged for either services or products. We regret we cannot exchange or refund products that have been used or opened unless your return is due to: Products past expiration date.

Sales: All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can transfer it for spa credit towards products or other services.
