Getting Healthier Has No Age Limit!

"I am 74 years old and had totally given up on successfully managing my weight. But I enrolled in IN.FORM January 15, 2015. I weighed 212.6 pounds. I also had some blood sugar challenges and was on medication for cardiovascular support.

"Thanks to God, my inspiring coach Julie Donovan and the support of my husband, today I weigh 161.6 pounds. I have been successful in losing 50 pounds!

"People constantly ask me how I did it. I faithfully take my protein shakes daily and Ultra Therm CF.

"I encourage others to follow my success. It's wonderful to find clothes that I can fit into and have the energy to do things that I like to do, including working part-time at church. I hope to continue to lose weight and to maintain it for life.

"Thank you, Nature Sunshine, for a wonderful IN.FORM plan."
